Our company, Omega Engineering Works was set up in the year 1964, and on our way to success, we encountered numerous challenges, however, we conquered them thanks to our persistent effort and determination. Our constant dedication to serving customers with the best quality products as a manufacturer and supplier, has helped us greatly expand our business. Our extensive inventory includes Manual Bar Cutter, Industrial Ratchet Lever Hoist, DC Brake, Ratchet Lever Hoist, and many other goods. All produced batches go through rigorous quality inspections before being sent to the clients. We have always prioritised giving clients high-quality products, which has helped our company grow significantly in the marketplace. Production Process
Our production process includes the following steps:
- Raw Materials Used- As a manufacturing unit, we mainly use high-quality raw materials such as alloy steels, cast steels of various grades, stainless steel, and ferrous/non-ferrous irons, among others. All of our raw materials are checked prior to manufacturing, and random inspections are performed at various stages of production.
- Important Equipment Used- We are a manufacturing unit that has offered different equipment to shop floor personnel in order to produce a superior product. Verniers, Micrometers, Thread Gauges, Bore Gauges, Go-No-Go Gauges, Jigs & Fixtures, Mandrels, and other instruments are used to acquire excellent material from the staff.
- Technology Used- As a manufacturing company, we aim to stay up-to-date with the newest technologies and this allows us to compete in the market and provide excellent products to our customers. It also aids in meeting client demands efficiently and allowing us to build stronger relationships with them.
- Quality Policy- Through a constant process of quality improvement, our company can endeavour to satisfy the needs of the clients. Quality improvement is the responsibility of all our employees. Education and training are also essential components of our quality improvement process.
- Emphasis is on prevention rather than detection- We also include our suppliers in the quality improvement process.
