- Proper planning and execution of production.

- Monitoring storage areas.
- Controlling further processing until any situations that might lead to nonconformities are corrected.
- Quality Assurance; Quality Control:

- Handling the nonconforming products.
- Initiating and following up on requests for corrective actions.
- Maintaining and ensuring inspection of measuring and testing equipments.
- Conducting quality assurance checks on subcontractors.
- Purchasing:
- Selecting qualified subcontractors.
- Preparing and approving purchase documents.
- Servicing:
- Providing after sales service.
- Collecting field performance data.
